Henry Okereke - Founder and Managing Partner

 

Mr. Okereke is a Nigerian national with extensive investment and managerial experience and contacts in Africa, the GCC and Europe. Prior to founding Elystan Capital he served as the CEO of Libertas Capital Group plc for five years. He has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector with global Institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Nordea and SE Banken. His educational background was in Switzerland and the UK where he studied Business Administration.

Marc-Henri Veyrassat – Managing Partner

Mr Veyrassat is a Swiss national with experience in business management dating back to 1990. He is an International manager with strong entrepreneurial, private equity and corporate finance experience in real estate and consulting, acquired over 18 years in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. Most recently, he served as the COO of Rakeen Development PJSC and was the founder and CEO of Tatis SA. He was educated in Switzerland and holds a Master of Science degree in Management from University of Lausanne (HEC).
